Same company group
You move from a company outside the EU to a Dutch company in the same group – and keep your employment contract abroad.
Role and skills
Managers and specialists need the qualifications for the role. Trainees need a master’s degree and a real trainee programme.
3 months in the group
You must have worked for the company group for at least 3 months before the transfer.
A qualifying salary
Managers and specialists follow the highly skilled migrant amounts: €5,942 gross per month, or €4,357 under 30 (2026).
